Return Policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY


We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or any of our products, we will gladly assist and exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the item(s) back.  Please include your order number and product description with the reason for the return or exchange.


Please complete the Return Request within 7 days of receiving your order and you can return any item(s) to us for a refund (minus postage costs). You have 7 days, from the date of Return Request to return an item(s). The products must be in its original new and unused condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.


You as the customer are responsible for the payment of shipping for returns. As Coco Bella Butic (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any lost items being returned, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to Courier your return.


 Please email this tracking number through to us so that we can look out for it. We can only offer a free return if an item you have received has a material defect - if so, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been received by us.


We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find that an item(s) you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to info@cocobella.co.za  within 7 days of receiving your item with a description of the damaged goods (accompanied by a photo to substantiate your claim) and your order number, and we would gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a  full refund if the item is no longer available. Queries placed outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund.  


If your returned item(s) are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days upon receipt of the item(s).


You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Please allow 5 working days for the refund / credit to be process.


We do not refund or exchange sale items and gift vouchers.
