We offer a standard rate door-to-door courier service via our trusted partner - The Courier Guy - at a cost of just R69 to deliver to any address in Cape Town or R75 to deliver to major cities or anywhere else in South Africa for R149.

Please note: During busy periods such as sales, promotions and calendar events, turnaround can take slightly longer.
CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order is scheduled for delivery, we are unable to make any changes. Please double check that your delivery address details are correct at checkout. Should you enter the wrong address, unfortunately we will need to re-charge for delivery if your order is returned to us. Should an order be returned to us undelivered, we will inform you of this and we can either re-charge for delivery and resend your order or we can process a refund, deducting the shipping costs.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
No need to wait in anticipation. It’s easy to track your order. Once your order is scheduled for delivery, we will send you an order confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Some email service providers consider these automated emails as spam, so please check your spam folder regularly in case the message has ended up there. Using your tracking number, you can track your order on the Order Tracking page every step of the way.
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Coco Bella Butic headquarters to the delivery address. Once your order has been delivered to the specified address and signed for either by yourself or an approve recipient at the delivery address, your order is no longer covered by insurance.
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number so that we can get this resolved as possible.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Whilst extra care is taken in packing your orders, should you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately and collect the incorrect item once we deliver the correct item to you.
